Lindsey is an awesome Pilates instructor! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted to work on and has been so kind, encouraging, and patient, especially when we’re trying a new exercise or making adjustments to my form. Since she’s also a physical therapist, she is super knowledgeable and aware of what exercises will be helpful for you based on your needs. I love starting off my Saturdays with her!
